Dr. Kaushal Gandhi attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, first for her undergraduate degree, BS in Dental Hygiene, and later for her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree. While in dental school, Dr. Gandhi served as the Student Body President and was actively involved in several other leadership roles and volunteer activities. Dr. Gandhi has been the recipient of numerous awards and honors for her scholarship, leadership, and volunteer work and has also served as a fellow for the North Carolina Albert Schweitzer Fellowship. She spends a lot of her time volunteering both locally in North Carolina and has traveled internationally to Uganda, Brazil, and India for outreach and exchange programs. Dr. Gandhi is also a member of the American Dental Association and the North Carolina Dental Society and likes to keep up with the continuing education in dentistry to best serve her patients.
In her free time, Dr. Gandhi loves to travel the world, try out different cuisines, and learn about ceramics and wheel throwing. Dr. Gandhi lives in Chapel Hill with her husband and you will find them both cheering on the Tarheels as they win National Championships!
